We also discussed Question #2(position and time graph). This one we didn't come into any problems. However there was one interesting question. How does the motion of the cyclist A in the new graph compare to that of A in the previous graph? We answered this by saying in the first graph cyclist A traveled away from the reference point. In the second graph, A traveled toward the reference point.
In conclusion, this class was very informative. This helped me further understand position and time graphs.

Hey Ashley! :)
ReplyDeleteI really liked the pictures! I think you totally grasped the main idea behind the difference between the graphs. I only wish you said something in class along those lines! I really liked the pictures, though! I read through your other posts, and it seemed like you are really understanding what's going on now. I know who I'm coming to if I have questions now! ;) And if you ever get confused or want to ask me something, I'd love to help if I can!
You're awesome, Ashley! :)
Good blog and nice idea with the pictures. One suggestion- include what you think the answer is to bring another perspective other than the class as a whole.
ReplyDeleteWow this student commenting on student's blogs is really working! Great comments you two. It's like you are in my head! But I have one more question... You said the difference between the two graphs was the direction. Was the speed the same? How do you know?
